It is a process that consists in heating a previously extruded flat plate until it reaches the thermoplastic softening temperature. The plate is then inserted in a multicavity cooled mould. The product shaping occurs by means of compressed air and vacuum. The product is then cooled, cut, extracted, and stacked.
